  • Good understanding of Real Estate Market, interacting with prospective clients, attending enquiries, organizing and handling site visits and also managing channel partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, convincing and presentation skills.
  • Critical responsibilities of site management, follow-up, lead generation.

4. Sr. Executive -CRM (3 Posts in Corporate Office at Noida-Sector-63)

  • 2/3 years’ work experience in residential projects.
  • Preferably MBA.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Provide desired information to the clients.
  • Answer all incoming calls & forward them to the desired extension.

  • Coordinating communication between employees of different departments.
